Order Processing:

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2pm EST (excluding holidays) will be processed within 1-2 business days, pending product availability and credit verification.
  • Due to the quick processing time, we are unable to make changes to your order after it has been placed.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer FREE Ground Shipping for all Continental U.S. orders.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout and are calculated based on the weight of your shipment and your location.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Posted delivery times are estimates and can be viewed on product pages while shopping. We strive to meet these estimates, but please note that actual delivery times may vary.

Liability:

  • INNIT Streetwear is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen if the delivery signature is waived.

Shipping and Handling Fees:

  • Due to our fast order processing, we cannot modify your shipping method once an order is placed. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope our quick processing times work to your advantage.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping for a fee, which varies depending on the destination country. Shipping costs can be estimated during the checkout process.
  • We ship internationally with Duties and Taxes Paid (DDP). This means you pay the duties and taxes at checkout, ensuring quicker delivery and no additional fees upon import.
  • Please note that we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Refund amounts for international returns that meet our return policy will reflect current conversion rates on the day of the refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • To ensure prompt delivery, we begin processing orders immediately after they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once submitted. Please review your order carefully before placing it.
